Cookie Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what information www.webzosh.in stores in your browser.

The short version

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We count visits with Umami, which uses no cookies at all. Google Analytics cookies are used only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the banner — and you can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Everything else is storage the website needs to work or to remember a choice you made, plus two session-only items, described below, that help us understand how visitors find and use the site. Our error monitoring (Sentry) stores nothing in your browser.

What we store

Name Type Set by Purpose Duration
wz-theme Local storage Web Zosh Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Contains no personal data. Until you clear it
wz-analytics-consent Local storage Web Zosh Remembers your answer to the analytics banner. Until you clear it
wz-wa-bubble-dismissed Session storage Web Zosh Remembers that you closed the WhatsApp chat greeting, so it doesn’t reappear. Until you close the tab
wz-hm-session Session storage Web Zosh Only while our click and scroll statistics are switched on. A random code that lets us count one visit as one visit, even across several pages. It isn’t linked to you, and is stored by us only as an anonymous count. Until you close the tab
wz-attribution Session storage Web Zosh Remembers how you arrived — campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), the referring website and the first page you opened. It leaves your browser only if you send us a form, so we know which campaign or site brought your enquiry. Until you close the tab
_ga, _ga_<ID> Cookies Google Analytics Only if you allow analytics. Tell page views from the same browser apart, so we can see which pages are useful. Up to 2 years
Turnstile data Cookies / storage Cloudflare Spam protection on our forms — confirms a real person is submitting. Only on pages with a form. Short-lived

Cloudflare describes what Turnstile processes, and why it is strictly necessary for bot protection, in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Third-party sites

When you follow links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads or Pinterest, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. Our contact page shows a Google Map only when you press “Show map”; nothing is loaded from Google before that, and Google may then set its own cookies.

Your choice about analytics

Google Analytics is off until you allow it. To change your answer, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page: choosing “No thanks” switches it off and deletes its cookies. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as “no” and don’t ask.

Managing storage

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The website will still work; it will simply forget your choices, and forms may ask you to complete the spam check again.

Changes

If we add other optional cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
