Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.webzosh.in (the “website”), operated by Web Zosh, a sole proprietorship based in Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh, India. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About the website
The website provides information about Web Zosh and our services, articles, and ways to contact us or apply for jobs. Information on the website is general and does not form an offer or a contract.
2. No purchases on this website
You cannot buy anything or make a payment on this website, and we do not show prices here. The price, scope, timelines, payment terms, cancellation and refunds for any work are set out in the written quotation or agreement we give you before work starts.
3. Our services are covered by separate agreements
Any project, quotation or service we provide is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Web Zosh. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
4. Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
- send spam, malware or harmful code, or attempt to overload or disrupt the website;
- try to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data (to report a security problem, see our Security page);
- scrape or copy content in bulk except as permitted by our robots.txt and published machine-readable files (such as llms.txt), and only for lawful purposes;
- use automated agents to submit forms except through interfaces we publish for that purpose, within their rate limits.
We may block access or submissions that breach these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The website’s content — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, design and code — belongs to Web Zosh or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view, share links to and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission. The Web Zosh name and logo identify our business; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, Wylto, WhatsApp, Meta, Google and other names and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners. Showing them identifies partner programmes we take part in or tools we work with; it does not mean their owners endorse Web Zosh.
6. Reporting content or copyright concerns
If you believe something on the website infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, or is inaccurate or unlawful, email contact@webzosh.in with the subject “Content concern” and include:
- the page address and the content concerned;
- why you believe it infringes your rights or is unlawful, and, for intellectual property, what you own;
- your name and contact details.
We will acknowledge your message, review it promptly and, where the concern is valid, correct or remove the content.
7. Client work and results
Client work, testimonials and case studies are shown with our clients’ permission. They describe individual projects; results depend on each business and are not a promise of the same results for you.
8. Third-party links and services
The website links to third-party sites and services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
9. No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or up to date. Articles are for general information and are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.
Our WhatsApp number is answered first by an automated assistant that uses fixed menus and AI-generated replies. Its answers are general information and can be incomplete or wrong; they are not an offer or a commitment. Prices, scope and timelines are only those in a written quotation from us.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Web Zosh is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, if you breach these Terms or use the website unlawfully, you are responsible for the claims, losses and reasonable costs that Web Zosh suffers as a direct result.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and browser storage.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect anything that happened before.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, including your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we have given it up. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no physical or digital signature.
16. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints about the website or these Terms: contact@webzosh.in · +91 99666 77597 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). Complaints about personal data go to our Grievance Officer.
